Disappointing cluster fuck of a session. Wanted at least 1 set of 5 considering I ended last week finding my groove for a 160 triple. Groove was off until the last 2 sets. Failed reps on the double on single. Triples were all @9.5-10.

Pulled these barefoot and they felt good. First set was super easy, 2nd set probably @7.5, 3rd set @8.5. Getting my strength back so I'll go for 390 for 3 doubles across next cycle.
