Achilles is even worse today, super inflamed and painful to walk. Fortunately the injury happened before my 2 non-floor drive lifts so I was able to press yesterday and squat relatively pain free today. Hopefully it's healed up by bench and deadlift days.

Did a quick early morning fasted (no food or coffee) session right before leaving for vacation for the week.

Was trying to do 3 doubles. First rep moved well so I was really surprised I couldn't get the 2nd. This was a day earlier than I normally bench.

Was weak today right from warm-ups...left shoulder pain/discomfort still there from last week (very old injury) which I'm thinking could be the main factor
