Almost attempted a 5th rep at 280...probably was 50/50 to make it, but I decided against it because I was little bit in a rush and didn't feel like unracking and reracking the weights if I missed the rep. Last time at this weight I got a triple so it's fine. The last rep of the last set (backoffs) I let my form go to shit (weight shifted back, knees caved) when it got really hard which is rare for me; I'm usually good about grinding through it.

Tried close grip for intensity instead of regular bench while my left shoulder is still bothering me....first time ever doing over 200 lb on it. 230 was smooth and easy, 235 was mis-grooved and a grind. Shoulder was hurting pretty bad by the 2nd back-off so I cut it after 1 painful rep.
...skipped LTE's again...
