    Short rest, easy, press grip. Was able to get through these relatively pain free in the shoulder which is promising. Gonna try to slowly work my grip wider while running a mini-bench-LP.

    Decided to do a single instead of a 3rd double. +15 lb PR!!! I think I'm going to stick with this rep scheme for a little while and try to run up the top single. Maybe next cycle I'll hit the single first then back off with the doubles.
