    Grindy session - took almost 30 mins. 2 reps were grooved perfectly and moved well. 2 were grinders and 1 was a double stalled super grinder. Still happy to make 5 reps at this weight considering I didn't get my normal day off after deadlifting.

    Felt like I've been hitting a wall on pulls over the last few weeks and boy did I crash into it hard today. Last warmup at 355 which should normally feel like air felt unusually heavy, and 385 (was going for 5 reps) wouldn't budge.
