    Probably overdue for a cut anyway so I'm probably gonna lose another 10-15 over the next few months while maintaining as much strength as possible. Programming TBD

    Halting Deadlifts

    First time trying these. Wanna work in some rack pulls too but probably won't have the equipment for that for a couple months. Did all my warmups as normal deadlifts. Might try a deadlift/halting rotation for the time being.

    Do you have access to other items that can lift the plates off the floor sufficiently to get the bar to the right position below the knee? Perhaps unused weight plates? Sandbags? Sturdy crates/pads? IOW, Block Pulls.
