To keep it real, the plates at my gym are not calibrated, so all of these numbers are likely +10lbs inflated. But I honestly don't feel like measuring the plates everytime, so it is what it is for now.

was gonna deadlift a PR today, realized it wasn't gonna happen. Gonna give myself 4 days rest for everything, feeling pretty beat up.
