    Age: 35
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 187.4

Having run TM for the past five months without much success, I've decided to give HLM a go. Today was my first heavy day. Here is a link to my TM log: OckhamsRazor's TM Log

    Squat: 300 x 5 x 5
    Bench: 200 x 5 x 5
    RDL: 185 x 8 x 3
    Pull-up: +20 x 5 x 3, BW x 9

I was feeling a little under-recovered initially, but I got stronger as I went along. A good day overall.

    2/16 - Light
    Cycle 1, Week 1:

    Front Squat: 205 x 5 x 3
    Press: 140 x 5 x 3
    PC: 166 x 2 x 3, 156 x 3
    LTE: 65 x 15 x 3

Though I'm definitely still feeling Sunday's workout, things went fine today. However, I couldn't seem get into a groove on power cleans; my technique was all over the place. Also, my left elbow was feeling a little tender, so I kept the weight light on LTEs.

    2/18 - Medium
    Cycle 1, Week 1:

    Squat: 275 x 5 x 3
    CG Bench: 175 x 5, 180 x 5 x 2
    Deadlift: 400 x 2 x 2
    BB Row: 190 x 8 x 3
    EZ Curl: 75 x 10 x 3

Thus concludes my first week of HLM. So far so good. I had never done cg bench before, so I tried to gauge an appropriate weight during warm ups, but they ended up feeling very easy. I'll probably bump the weight up by at least five pounds next week.

    2/21 - Heavy
    Cycle 1, Week 2:

    Squat: 305 x 5 x 5
    Bench: 205 x 5 x 5
    RDL: 190 x 8 x 3
    Chins: +35 x 5 x 3, BW x 10

Good workout. Squats felt much better than last week. I bumped bench press up by five pounds since 200 did not feel very difficult last week. I got through it without too much trouble. RDLs felt pretty easy; I may try a 10 pound jump next week. That's all for now.

    2/23 - Light
    Cycle 1, Week 2:

BW first thing this morning: 188.5

    Front Squat: 210 x 5 x 3
    Press: 142.5 x 5 x 3
    PC: 161 x 3 x 4
    Dips: +20 x 10 x 3

Solid session. Having done nothing but low bars for months, front squats are feeling surprisingly difficult, but I'm enjoying the variation. I dropped my weight on cleans a little to focus on technique. They went pretty well; felt easy and my technique was better, though it still needs a lot of work.

    2/25 - Medium
    Cycle 1, Week 2:

    Squat: 280 x 5 x 3
    CG Bench: 190 x 5 x 3
    Deadlift: 355 x 8 x 1
    BB Row: 192.5 x 8 x 3
    DB Hammer Curl: 35 x 10 x 2

Another good day. I bumped CG bench up by 10 pounds, but it still felt pretty light. I feel like I could match and maybe even exceed the weight that I do on normal bench; I'm not sure what to make of that. Maybe my time would be better spent with pin presses on medium day. I'm very happy with today's deadlifts; three weeks ago I was only able to muster 7 reps at 350; progress.

    2/28 - Heavy
    Cycle 1, Week 3:

    Squat: 310 x 5 x 5
    Bench: 207.5 x 5 x 5
    RDL: 200 x 8 x 3
    Pull-up: +25 x 5 x 3, BW x 9
    DB Curl: 35 x 10 x 2

Squats were tough, but manageable; definitely a step up from the last time I attempted 310. Everything else felt good.

    3/1 - Light
    Cycle 1, Week 3:

    Front Squat: 215 x 5 x 3
    Press: 145 x 5 x 3
    PC: 171 x 2 x 4, 135 x 4
    LTE: 86 x 10 x 3

Good day. Nothing of note to report.

    3/3 - Medium
    Cycle 1, Week 3:

    Squat: 285 x 5 x 3
    CG Bench: 195 x 5 x 3
    Deadlift: 385 x 5
    BB Row: 192.5 x 8 x 3
    EZ Bar Curl: 78 x 10 x 3

CG bench again felt pretty easy despite a 5 pound weight increase. Deads were definitely the highlight today; for the second week in a row I got one more rep out on 5 pounds more than my last attempt at the given rep range with relative ease. Furthermore, the last time I attempted 5 reps at 385, my lower back exploded, so it feels good to have conquered this weight once again.

How long are your respective training days taking? I have been doing something similar, but only with 3 movements (Squat, Press, Pull). H day could be 2 hours. L and M were about 1-1.5 hours.
