    -Squat: 360x4x3, 340x4x1
    -Press: 182.5x3x2, 162.5x5x2
    -Paused Deadlift: 325x4x5

    Back's feeling a little crabby. Friday squats were supposed to be a 3x5, but I pissed off my back a bit on the 4th rep of the 1st set, and decided to do 4's instead. Dropped the last set by 5%. Fuck.

    -BB Rows: AMRAP in 7 minutes @ 185lbs - 50 reps.

    PR's on the squat! Bench was interesting. BB Rows nearly killed me. Going to deload after this week and ramp back up.
