Cheers friends! I'm still lacking commitment. While I have done some lifting, there were at least 2 different types of bicep exercise involved, I did some lateral raises, there were front squats, and I invented the snatch grip stiff legged deadlift, which is truly a masterpiece of horror (SGSLDL). I'm not getting excited about any training plan till I clear up some medical uncertainties. Also have a bad E&P reading habit to break.
