At the CNU gym again, so my weights there were 350, 270, and 470 (no micro-plates at CNU, so bench stayed at the same weight). Note to self: a yoga mat offsets the slippery, slimy spray that they put on the benches.

My p.r. triple for press is 206, so 3 triples was a good effort. My form on the chins has been sketchy at the top, so I de-loaded some and am making sure I really hit the chest firmly at the top of each.

Thanks, sir. But I think mostly I tore something in my right calf. It's healing, but not very quickly. In the meantime, sixes week (ugh)...
