    deadlift: failed completely at 2x470

    Light day:

    press: 3x4x191 (failed to get fives)

    Having only one day off after the extra deep rdls on 7/29 killed my deadlift on heavy day. After this week I get a proper 2 days rest.

    deadlift: 5x415 (so we see the importance of 2 days' rest before heavy day)

    Light day:
    squat: 2x5x315
    press @ 207: 2/1/1 (well and truly stuck)
    chins: 5x5 @ 30 lbs.

    Medium day:
    squat: 3x5x335
    pause bench: 3x5x257.5
    rdl: 2x8x365

    Before changing anything I'll wait to see if press gets unstuck as bench weights increase.
