    Thanks, though it's a bit weird hearing an "OMG" from you. I'll presume that's an "Oh my gosh," lest my world-view come crashing down about my ears. I find your lifting more impressive than mine, actually. Numbers aren't everything.

    Light day:

    chins @ 34: 5/5/5/5/5
    Two of the chin sets had an iffy 5th rep (chest barely touched). Repeat weight.

    Medium day:

    pause bench: 3x5x262.5 (these were hard tonight)
    rdl: 2x8x370

    That was the first PR in a good, long while. I didn't bounce back from knee surgery as quickly as I'd hoped.
