chins: 5x5 @ 45 lbs.
My press 1rm is 219, so I'll be pushing the press up 2 lbs. a week. I fear anything more would be too fast, but 1 lb./wk. would take forever. Press doesn't seem to receive as much the focus in HLM as it does in 5/3/1 anyway.
