    I finally broke down and got a prescription for antibiotics. Only 12 hours later and already I'm feeling better; I should have done this 3 weeks ago.

    Sunday (H)

    squat: 3x6x365 (shifted to rungs)
    bench: 3x1x310
    deadlift: 1x1x475 (running out singles now)

    I'm beginning the transition to rungs (6-4-2-5-3-1). The third set of squats was hard work, and I have to be sure not to have the higher volume days for all the exercises coincide.

    Tuesday 11/29 (L)

    squats: 3x5x300
    press: 3x1x196 (still quite easy)
    chins: 10/10/10/8/8/4 (a slight fall-off, but not bad for missing so many chin workouts)

    Sunday's 3x6 squats caused a whole new level of DOMS the next day. The bike commute to and from the office was not fun.

    My right knee has been sore. It's feeling somewhat better today, so:

    My right knee is still a bit swollen, but it didn't impede things in the gym.

    Thank-ee kindly. The muscles are doing ok, if only the joints will hold up.
