squat: 3x6x365 (shifted to rungs)
bench: 3x1x310
deadlift: 1x1x475 (running out singles now)
I'm beginning the transition to rungs (6-4-2-5-3-1). The third set of squats was hard work, and I have to be sure not to have the higher volume days for all the exercises coincide.
