Ran SS for around a year. Joined the military during that time so have had to reset. Currently in tech school and trying TM but the volume days are killing me with all the marching and group pt. Switching to Jordan's intermediate plan on the Barbell Medicine website. Somewhat familiar with RPE's but could use some advice on progressing linearly through the program. Training has been consistent, diet and sleep not so much.
Current #'s all recent 1RM:
Bench 280
Squat 375
Deadlift 420
Press....Poverty
