Was going to say, about hook grip and deads, I don't feel that I can safely hold onto the bar when it gets really heavy with the hook grip. I need to practice more.
I think the most I've done with hook grip is 160 kg or something like that.

Straps is good. I like straps for deads.

Squat LP: BW x 10 x 4, 20 kg x 5 x 3, 40 x 5, 55 x 3, 70 kg x 5 x 5. Still no pain, I think it is getting better.
DL: 50 kg x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 120 x 1, 141 kg x 8 x 2. Too many reps for me.
