Tired of the old log, so here's the new and "improved" log.

The old log stopped here: “The journey of a thousand miles begins beneath one’s feet.” Jan's log

    Will post more later.

OHP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 30 x 5, 40 x 4, 51 x 2, 62 kg x 5 x 5. The first two sets were kinda difficult to do smoothly, but then it got better. The third set was almost easy, with no grinders or layback or anything, then it got more difficult again on the fourth and fifth set, but not as bad as the first two sets. I'm happy with that.

    CGBP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 40 x 5, 55 x 3, 68 x 1, 81 kg x 5 x 3. This was all right.

    LTE: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 25 x 4, 30 x 3, 35 kg x 8 x 3. I haven't done LTEs in a while, so I didn't go too heavy. They were all right.

    A good day.

You'll be back. Sooner or later, you'll be back at it.
