    Had a pretty solid session today.

    Comp deadlift- 335x5 @ 6, 345x5 @ 7, 355x5 @ 8, 355x5 @ 8, 355x5 @ 8, 355x4 @ 10, got pretty fatigued, dropped to 335x5 @ 8 for the last set @ 8.

    High incline bench, press grip- 187.5x4 @ 7, 190x4 @ 8, 192.5x4 @ 9, 192.5x4x2 @ 9

    3-0-3 tempo squats- 195x8 @ 6, 205x8 @ 7, 215x8 @ 8, 215x8x2 @ 8

    Lever rows- 100x8 @ 6, 105x8 @ 7, 110x8 @ 8, 110x8x2 @ 8

    7 min AMRAP pull-ups- 19

    25 min steady state cardio

    Probably going to have to switch to 4 days a week lifting due to time constraints.

    Does Jordan program for you week to week or did you get a 12-16 week plan?

    Also 8 sets of 8 would suck so much

    Yeah it was tough no doubt, he sends me 4-5 weeks of programming at a time.
