Training didn't go very well today, the gym was crowded, so I didn't have very much time to bench press before they closed, didn't get very much sleep last night, either, woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep, so I felt tired coming in to train.
Squat 380 5x1, last single my form was awful
Bench 245x3x2, limited time again
Deadlift 430x0, went for a single at 430, didn't even budge, so frustrating, oh well, there's good and bad days....

Press 140x5x3, deloaded and switched back to 3x5
Power clean 175x3x3, also did a deload on power cleans, switched over to 3x3
Still feeling very tired and weak, sleep has been off the past 3 days, and it's having a big effect on my training...

Happy halloween, did some squats instead of handing out candy to all the little shits.
Squat 385 5x1
Bench 245x3, 2, increased to 247.5 and did three singles
Rack pull 415x5

Power clean 180 3x3, good day, technique is better on the cleans and press (at least it seems like they are).

Decided to train on Saturday since my birthday was yesterday.

Close grip bench 195x5x3, had to reset
Stiff legged deadlift 385x1, time to reset on these

Training went pretty well today.

Bench-230- 5x5
Rack pulls- 425- 1x5
All the weights moved pretty smoothly, today was a pretty good day.
