Prowler pushes, 20s on, 100s off x 6 rounds- 215 lbs
Didn't squat today, I was warming up and had terrible soreness, decided it would probably be better to not do any eccentric movements so I can get some extra rest for a day and do my conditioning today instead.

Started warming up for pin squats and felt this "pull" or "strain" type pain constantly happening in my left adductor during the eccentric phase of the squat, decided to stop instead of trying to figure it out
Comp bench- 247.5x1 @ 8, hell yeah finally making some progress on bench, 227.5x3x3
Pin press, above forehead, beltless- 140x6 @ 6, 145x6 @ 7, 150x6 @ 8, 150x6x3

Not a very good day at all, I have been getting great sleep and nutrition but felt fatigued and drained yesterday, it sucks to have that happen, also still have some pain while doing squats and deadlifts which sucks too, it's tough to stay in the moment and lift hard during times like these, but I still need to stay in the moment anyways because that's all I ever have.

Comp bench- 250x1 @ 8 (yes!), 230x3x3
Pin press, above forehead, beltless- 147.5x5 @ 6, 152.5x5 @ 7, 157.5x5x3 @ 8
Feeling strong today.

Deadlifts....did not feel good today.
Comp deadlift- 415x1 @ 8, 425x1 @ 9, 285x5, 335x5x2, 380x3x2
2 ct paused bench, beltless- 240x1 @ 8, 230x3 @ 9, 220x3x2
Leg press, beltless- 695x5 @ 6, 715x5 @ 7, 735x5x2 @ 8, 735x5 @ 8.5, 715x5 @ 8
Pendlay rows, beltless- 225x8x4 @ 8
6 min AMRAP pull-ups- 30, got 30 at the very last second.
25 min steady state cardio
Pretty good day today except for deadlifts.

Comp squat- 375x1 @ 8, 385x1 @ 8, 395x1 @ 10, I'm pretty happy with this considering my technique was really bad before, but it's getting better
Comp press- 157.5x1 @ 8, 162.5x1 @ 9, 167.5x1 @ 10, happy with this as well
6 min AMRAP chin-ups- 35
Not an amazing day, but pretty good.

Comp bench- 252.5x1 @ 8, 260x1 @ 9, 267.5x1 @ 10, 7.5 lb PR, pretty happy about my bench!
