    Today has been tough, training didn't really go well, not sure what's going on.

    Comp squat- 395x1 @ 8, 405x1 @ 9, 415x1 @ 10

    Comp press- 155x0, so fucking infuriating, 140x1 @ 8, 145x1 @ 9, 150x0, damn that sucks man, 147.5x1 @ 10, I swear man, something is always messed up or hurting.

    Bench was feeling really good today, I'm happy about it.

    Comp deadlift- 435x1 @ 8, 445x1 @ 9, 455x1 @ 10, woohoo! Glad to hit a PR on deadlift and it happens to be 4 plates and a 25 on each side.

    Comp press- 117.5x6 @ 6, 120x6 @ 7, 122.5x6x2 @ 8, was feeling pretty fatigued on press today.

    Wasn't feeling very good today, I think I'm getting sick or something. No one gives a shit though, gotta train anyways.

    Rack pulls, mid shin, beltless- 365x8 @ 7, 375x8 @ 8, 385x5, the sleeve on the bar was sliding off because one of the bolts was loose, so the weight on one side was sliding off, which fucked up my grip and set in general. I tried to do another rep and reset all of it, but by then my back was fatigued.

    6 min AMRAP chin ups- 27

    Prowler pushes, 20s on, 100s off x 6 rounds- 180 lbs

    2 ct paused press @ forehead level, beltless- 55x10 @ 7, 60x10 @ 8, 65x10 @ 9, good god I was fatigued as hell

    RDL- 305x10 @ 7, 315x6 @ 10, had a really bad pain in my shoulder, 315x10 @ 8, 325x5 @ 10, yeah the shoulder pain was pretty severe, it was killing me at this point

    6 min AMRAP pull-ups- 10, out of gas at this point, I felt sick as well, I was done

    25 min steady state cardio

    Comp deadlift- 425x1 @ 8, 350x5x5

    Incline press- 177.5x4 @ 7, 182.5x4 @ 8, 187.5x4 @ 9, 177.5x4x2

    Leg press- 430x8 @ 6, 450x8 @ 7, 470x8 @ 8, 470x8x2 @ 8, did less because I found out my ROM wasn't as long as it should have been last week

    RDL- 305x8 @ 6, 315x8 @ 7, 325x8 @ 8, 325x8x2 @ 8

    7 min AMRAP pull-ups- 13, upper body was toast

    25 min steady state cardio
