    2 ct paused press @ forehead level, beltless- 90x8 @ 6, 95x8 @ 7, 100x8 @ 8, 100x8 @ 8, 100x8 @ 10, 90x8 @ 8, 90x8 @ 10, 80x7 @ 10, couldn't quite get that last set @ 8, arms were pretty much dead at this point

    Leg press- Had to take some weight off again because I still wasn't quite reaching full ROM- 380x8 @ 6, 400x8 @ 7, 420x8 @ 8, 420x8x3 @ 8

    18" box step ups, w/dumbbells- 120x8 @ 6, 130x8 @ 7, 140x8 @ 8, 140x8x3 @ 8

    7 min AMRAP pull-ups- 26

    25 min steady state cardio

    Pretty solid day, time to chill for the rest of the weekend.
