Hey everyone, decided to start a log here. Just some information about me and my goals.

231.2 lbs
20 years old
I started the novice LP in mid-February, and now I'm running a HLM program. My goal is to weigh 210 lbs, and have a 500 lb Squat, 600 lb Deadlift, and 400 lb bench press. I haven't competed in a meet yet, but I might be pretty soon. I've lost a bit of strength lately, but I guess that's to be expected during weight loss. Once I reached my goal weight, I will maintain while very slowly getting stronger. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly in the next year, but if not, I'll adjust as needed.

I used to weigh 279.2 lbs at the end of 2015/beginning of 2016, so I need to keep this going. Let's fucking do this!

Squat- 290 3x5, hamstring was a little tight
Press 156 3x3, felt much better than last week
Power clean- 192.5 4x2, bleh, jumped too early on a couple reps, I guess I can only practice more
Pretty solid workout, not great, but not awful either

Close grip bench 225 3x5 grinder through these
Stiff legged deadlift 360 3x5, went up slow, but got all of them done
Tough day in general, work was exhausting, so I wasn't really fully charged for training, but strength doesn't care, just gotta take it one day at a time and keep working...

Overall, training has been tough lately. I just feel tired a lot and everything just feels really heavy, oh well, it's a marathon, not a sprint I guess.
