    Hey everyone, decided to start a log here. Just some information about me and my goals.

    5'11"
    231.2 lbs
    20 years old

    I started the novice LP in mid-February, and now I'm running a HLM program. My goal is to weigh 210 lbs, and have a 500 lb Squat, 600 lb Deadlift, and 400 lb bench press. I haven't competed in a meet yet, but I might be pretty soon. I've lost a bit of strength lately, but I guess that's to be expected during weight loss. Once I reached my goal weight, I will maintain while very slowly getting stronger. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly in the next year, but if not, I'll adjust as needed.

    Squat 355 5x3
    Bench 237.5 5x3
    Press 154 3x3
    PC 190 3x3
    Deadlift 410 1x3

    I used to weigh 279.2 lbs at the end of 2015/beginning of 2016, so I need to keep this going. Let's fucking do this!

    Squat- 290 3x5, hamstring was a little tight
    Press 156 3x3, felt much better than last week
    Power clean- 192.5 4x2, bleh, jumped too early on a couple reps, I guess I can only practice more

    Pretty solid workout, not great, but not awful either

    Squat 325 3x5, felt heavy as fuck
    Close grip bench 225 3x5 grinder through these
    Stiff legged deadlift 360 3x5, went up slow, but got all of them done

    Tough day in general, work was exhausting, so I wasn't really fully charged for training, but strength doesn't care, just gotta take it one day at a time and keep working...

    Bw- 228 lbs, whoo! 13 more lbs until I reach my goal weight of 215 lbs

    Squat 295- 3x3
    Press 158- 3, 1, 1, fuuuck, I guess that's to be expected
    Power clean 195- 4x2, still need to work on form, but considering doing online coaching in the future.....

    Stiff legged deadlift 365 3x5, tough sets of pulls, was a long day at work and I was running out of gas, got them done, though

    Deadlift 420x3, holy fucking shit this was a grind, glad I could get it done though

    Overall, training has been tough lately. I just feel tired a lot and everything just feels really heavy, oh well, it's a marathon, not a sprint I guess.

    Power clean 200 4x2, form was shitty, need a deload

    Squat 340x5, felt heavy, but they went up smoothly

    Close grip bench 230 4, 4, 4, ughh so close

    Stiff legged deadlift 375x5, dropped the volume, only gonna do one set now, getting too hard to recover from.....
