Went to PT on Tuesday to work on shoulder; seems to feel better. Agree on SS perspective that I'd be interested to see how many different diagnoses I'd get going to different chiropractors/PTs. I like my guy as he trains with barbells and understands many of the principles we practice. Did do some silly Michael Phelps cupping business, but if I can get back to benching and adding weight to my OHP I'll bite.
Squat: (Light Day) 265 x 5 x 3
Dumbbell Press: 40 x 8 x 3
Lat Pulls: 170 x 5 x 6
Lots of foam rolling and stretching.
