    Squat: 325 x 5 + 295 x 5 x 2...325 felt great; could have gone with bigger jump.

    OHP: 115 x 5 x 5; seeing PT tomorrow to get some guidance on rehab vs ortho visit and likely MRI.

    Deadlift: 375 x 5

    RDL: 275 x 5 x 2

    Went to PT on Tuesday to work on shoulder; seems to feel better. Agree on SS perspective that I'd be interested to see how many different diagnoses I'd get going to different chiropractors/PTs. I like my guy as he trains with barbells and understands many of the principles we practice. Did do some silly Michael Phelps cupping business, but if I can get back to benching and adding weight to my OHP I'll bite.

    Squat: (Light Day) 265 x 5 x 3
    Dumbbell Press: 40 x 8 x 3
    Lat Pulls: 170 x 5 x 6

    Lots of foam rolling and stretching.

    These felt really solid; will bump to 345 next week.

    OHP: 120 x 5 x 5

    Deadlift: 385 x 4

    Quit before last one...shouldn't have.

    RDL: 285 x 5 x 2

    1/25/17 (last training day 23 not 22)

    Squat: 265 x 5 x 3 beltless

    Dumbbell Press: 45 x 8 x 3...tried to incline DBP to test out shoulder and it was having none of it. Nothing seems to bother it but bench. May be time for MRI and trip to ortho. :-(

    Lat Pull: 170 x 8 x 5

    Prowler: 30 min

    OHP: 130 x 5 x 3

    Deadlift: 390 x 5..adjusted bar slightly away from shins; was having trouble with bar rolling at set up. Felt better and went up easier.

    BP: 95 x 10 x 5...trying to test shoulder out little bit at a time and see if it get stronger with less pain.

    starting strength coach development program
    2/6/17

    Squat: 355 x 5 + 315 x 5 x 2...felt really solid but last 10# jump I've got in me. Back to pre-Christmas layoff.

    BP: 105 x 10 x 5...shoulder feeling better. Will keep working back into the bench and see how it holds up.

    Deadlift: 395 x 5

    RDL: 285 x 5 x 3
