    Had to go in real early this morning, breakfast was not settled and I had to hustle to finish before the functional fitness class started. Not sure why my presses didn't go as planned (5x3). Power Snatches were rather ugly today

    Great workout. 275# felt the lightest it ever has. CGBP went up solidly and PCs felt really good after the first set. Solid 9 hours of sleep last night.

    Haven't filmed anything in 7+ months, but I filmed my PCs today for some reason. Looked pretty decent.

    Good sleep this weekend but felt a little off this morning. Squats were a grind on reps 4&5 on all sets. Bench went pretty well -probably needed backoff volume, but I didn't do it.
    Deadlift went up pretty quickly, but something was off in setting my lower back and I had some tightness. I cut my back off sets there as well.

    Good workout. Did quite a bit of chatting between front squat sets, but whatever. Power Snatches felt pretty good, just a little wide on the catch. I'll repeat 145# for 6x2 next week before moving on.

    Chins: I got 6x5 instead of my usually 4x5 before dropping to 3s. I feel like I've lit a little weight and it probably shows there.

    Solid 10 hours of sleep last night. Felt pretty good today, but squats felt heavy. I filmed my squats for the first time in 7 months. Angle is a bit off unless I want to have to look into the mirror. Maybe be a little too much depth. Lower back looks fine on the video, but on frame by frame, I can see a slight amount of butt wink at the bottom of the hole, which seems apparent here. -will have to address that.



    CGBP was solid but it lit me up. Power Cleans felt really explosive today. SLDL felt slightly hard.

    Good workout. The first squat set was the most difficult. Bench press moved really well. DL was better than last week, but still not ideal back angle. Hamstrings were feeling a little cooked after a grinding set of squats. Nonetheless, I believe I'll move onto 380# for a single next week and continue the backoff set formula for awhile longer.

    Not great energy today and fairly tough workout. front squats felt pretty good. OH Press was supposed to be 3x3, but I was a bit afraid of failure on the third rep of set 2.
    Power Snatches fatigued me pretty well, but I hit all of the reps and they weren't terribly ugly.

    Squat was programmed for 3x5, but didn't have it in the tank.
    Bench press has been aligning with my programming plan perfectly. Deadlift wasn't great at all and felt some tension in my lower back after the single so I cut the back off. I'm resetting next week to 5s.

    Feeling frustrated with my squat progression this cycle. It doesn't seem like I've made any progress from back in the winter when I stalled at 325# for 1x5. I'm going to see how I respond to 3s.
