Pretty good workout. Finally pressed 155# for more than 1x5. Banged the knee up pretty good at a party this weekend (whiskey+ skateboard + steep hill + a herd of mule deer walking out onto the street), but it was all tissue damage. It was uncomfortable stretching the newly formed scabs out while squatting but bearable.

Felt good today but squats weren’t moving well. I haven’t been eating enough as I’m still adjusting to this new job and I’m having some trouble focusing on my training as well even though I’ve been running a bare bones program.
