Missed VD because of the move. Jumped back in today at 7,000 feet higher than my previous workout. The gym situation in town is problematic at the moment. There is a S&C gym that is reopening in the spring, but I'm stuck with no so great options right now. I got a one month membership at a place with a "functional fitness" room, but the bumpers and barbells are all cheap crap. The bench press rig is terrible. The gym was full of too many dudes standing in front of Mirrors and curling in the squat rack. -Wasn't feeling the vibe at all and the whole experience was disappointing.

I'm going to have to reset on squats. For whatever reason, my squat progress is super sensitive to and the missed workout, move etc really set me back. The bars at the new gym I'm at right now suck ass and I suspect there are inconsistencies that are going to cause me LP problems. Deadlift felt great, though and benefited from some extra recovery.

Really struggling in the gym right now. New town, new altitude, new gym that I'm not real happy with, and regular access to snowboarding and fatbiking is a real problem. I may try 4 day TM and see if giving my legs a break after the weekend is sufficient for progress. If not, I'll have to switch to a far less aggressive program for the time being. On one hand, i would really love to continue to make weekly progress and get significantly stronger, but I didn't move out here to CO to lay around drinking milk either while I'm not at the gym. Such a Conundrum.

Backsquat and bench press felt solid. I think I have fully acclimated to the altitude and the stress and anxiety of the moving process have worn off. Going to try and stick with 3 day Texas Method for the month of January.

Need to repeat the OH Press weight as missed the last 2 reps on set 5. Power snatches were a bit funky mainly because there was a battle rope army of skinny New Years resolutors 4 feet in front of me ☠️
