    Snowboarded hard Sat and Sun. Spent Monday traveling so doing a H/L week this week on Tues and Thursday as I’ll be in the mountains Fri-Sun. Definitely gotten weaker but still feel good with 31 days of snowboarding so far this season.

    Hard day of riding yesterday (day #34) in deep powder so lower back is a bit fatigued today, but decent workout. We have another 3 feet coming in tonight so going to be throwing everything I have at it the next few days. Also, the snow shoveling -now that I’m having to toss shovel fulls over 5-6 foot snow Banks, is definitely taking some fatigue toll on me. I shoveled the driveway 7x in one day on Monday!

    Pretty fucking dead -rode HARD yesterday on a huge powder day + shoveled more snow than I can keep up with. Snow Banks are over 8 feet now so having to throw shovel fulls way up there. Lower back is definitely fatigued, but more big days ahead [emoji869]

    Rode Fri,Sat and Sunday this weekend but still felt pretty good today as I slept like a rock last night. With no new snow this week, think I’ll just lift and focus on recovery (and work...) until the weekend.
