Good workout. Caught my first full rest day in 11 days yesterday and my body felt great this morning. -do have a fairly sore shoulder from a nasty fall going Mach 10 last Thursday and a grapefruit size bruise on my glute that I can’t feel at all.

Getting into Spring ski season which means I’ll probably be going less frequently on a weekly basis but expect to continue regularly through mid April and the. A couple of weekends into May. With that in mind, hope to see some strength progress once again.
