    With all of the fatbiking and snowboarding I did this week, I was surprised to see solid progress, but squats and bench press felt good despite low energy. Deadlifts however hit the wall and didn't feel very good beyond rep 1.

    The 4th and 5th squat reps were super intense with the 5th rep moving very slow, almost to a stall. Unsure if I should repeat or move to TM stage 2 for 2x3. ??

    OHP was solid, no dicking around, I just punched them out.

    Deadlift: I had 3 girls come in and lay their yoga mats all up in my space as I was setting up for and warming up deadlifts. I tried to wait them out as heavy dead's are a bit bone shaking in this room, but they seemed intent on sticking it out so I interrupted their stretching for a brutally tough set of five, finally punching through that 340# barrier.

    So we got a monster powder dump on Friday night and I just couldn't resist getting out in it on the fatbike. Turns out it was too deep and ungroomed so it was quite the workout and I wasted my legs as a result. I decided to repeat last week's 5x5 weight at a reduced volume to offset the over exertion.
    Overall, I didn't feel super great this morning, but my bench Press and pulls felt fine.

    Hammered the snowy hills on the fatbike yesterday so was concerned about recovery, but legs felt fairly normal for RD today. I did eat like a freaking horse yesterday though. Power Snatch didn't feel very graceful, however.

    315# squat went by in good style this week. Should be able to get 2 more weeks out of fives.

    Bench press: solid

    Deadlift: 3 reps felt really good but didn't feel like I had 2 more without compromise so going to start running DL out.

    Squats were a grind. OH Press was solid. Backed off 5# on power snatches as I was feeling pretty tired by then. Long VD.
