Great rest day yesterday -went swimming in the lake for a few hours. My normal Monday morning meeting was canceled this morning so got to sleep in and go straight to the gym, which is how I prefer it. Going to rest from the bike on Tuesday this week as well. All in all, feeling pretty good.

With an Etta rest day yesterday from the Bike, I felt very good in the gym today. Interesting that my Bodyweight is still holding at 212#, which is what I started Mtn Bike season at back in the beginning of June. I can tell that I’ve lost some weight around my waist and that my legs are a little smaller. Last season, I think I was down 10-15 pounds by this time.

Longest weekday climb of the season yesterday: 2500 feet over 7 miles (and then Back down). I’ve done twice that on weekends but not more than 2,000 during the week. Felt pretty good today.
