Had a great day out snowboarding yesterday. Felt super powerful. 2 thanksgiving parties, too much food and drink and a crappy night’s sleep as a result of drinking, today was tough and weak. Back out tomorrow for a huge powder day

Considering how sick and weak I feel, not bad. Just trying to minimize detraining while not overly taxing my body. The above weights felt light on my frame but somewhat difficult for my muscles.

Felt better today though still have a nasty cough and legs a bit sore from snowboarding yesterday. Deadlift seems to have survived, though as 350# felt solid.

That was a workout following 4 hours of absolute shredding. I’ve lifted before and then gone snowboarding but I don’t believe I have lifted following snowboarding. Holy lack of body tension! I was so loose I could not get any tension at all.
