Was able to squat some weight today. Still a way from using any bounce reflex also may be a bit above parallel. Deadlifts didn’t send any warning shots up from the knee which was good. Now the long process of getting my DL back up to To where it was a mere 3 weeks ago [emoji17]
Hope your knee gets well soon. A lifter can't really get stronger without being 100% sound.

Injury related depression has been on and off, but it was definitely real today. Left shoulder has been bothering me as well and im continuing to lose weight.
