Back in the gym. Not sure what this is going to look like going forward. I weigh 196#, which is 10 lbs down and about what I come out of
Mtn bike season at. Being that I’m squarely in the middle of Mtn biking and running around the mountains scouting for elk, strength progression is going to be hard to come by. I’m going to proceed with 2 sessions a week and see how it goes.
