Got on the scale today and down to 190# even after having ice cream and beer ever single night since I’ve gotten back from that near 2 week hunting trip. I didn’t realize it until I started squatting, but hamstrings were actually soar from the previous workout. I’m gonna try and get in 3 workouts this week to jump some progress, but, otherwise I expect to stay on 2x a week for the next couple of weeks at least. I’d also like to gain about 8-10# back before snowboard season. Gonna have to eat a lot more and be in the gym 3x a week for at least 3-4 weeks to make that happen.

Lifted 3x last week, didn’t do anything else, just rested. First time doing that in at least 6 months. Squat jumped 40# and all my lifts felt great today. Best session in months. Gained 4 lbs. It’s almost as if LP works or something [emoji848]
