    Backsquat was a grindfest. 3x5 PR, though. Hamstrings were lit up and smoked but managed to pull the DLs as well.

    Power snatch

    11 min/ 46 reps

    Front squat felt better than it has in a few weeks. OH Press, however, does not appear to be progressing at all. Power Snatch was pretty good -feet were a little wide on the catches, but not terribly ugly.

    Front squat and OH Press we're very weak and regressive. I've been under a lot of stress and not eating enough. Power Snatch was actually very good though.
