    Completely dead and legs sore as shit from this weekend. -almost packed it in after the first squat set, but, after moving on, realized that fatigue was largely limited to my quads and calves.

    Took a spill in the mountains this weekend, she’s a little blood and got a puncture wound in my abdomen which is fucking killing me when I brace my core. It was manageable on the squats but the pressing did me in pain wise.

    Felt pretty good today. Did some hill intervals yesterday. Abdominal Puncture would also felt better, though the bruising has spread to a half dollar size.
