Took a spill in the mountains this weekend, she’s a little blood and got a puncture wound in my abdomen which is fucking killing me when I brace my core. It was manageable on the squats but the pressing did me in pain wise.

Felt pretty good today. Did some hill intervals yesterday. Abdominal Puncture would also felt better, though the bruising has spread to a half dollar size.
