After snowboarding hard for two days this weekend with tough hiking above 12,000 feet, that went pretty well. That’s now 55 days for the season. Seems to have taken about 40 days of riding to develop the muscle endurance in my quads to get through a typical day and not be extremely sore or excessively fatigued and have the ability to recover overnight. That’s a lot of days. Hoping to get some weight back on the bar, but I’ll be getting on the bike again sooner rather than later.

Added power snatches back in for the first time in 7 months. Snowboarding again tomorrow, but probably fairly casual. I tried doing moderate intensity at 1x5 instead of deload weight Before the weekend.
-getting a lot of pressure to go Mtn biking already. Trying to resist and focus on a strength cycle but the weather is getting difficult to resist.

What was intended as a causal weekend ended up being a full on epic effort way up on the Continental Divide, but still felt pretty good today.
