Was back on the bike yesterday and quads were pretty smoked today. Likely back to doing Deload squats on most Fridays for the next couple of months, however, I’m going to attempt to have the bike training on a 3 week cycle where I can focus on some heavier squatting every 3 weeks.

Tough weekend of hot ass riding out in the desert. Not heat acclimated at all, ran out of water and got really dehydrated. Legs were a little wobbly today but manageable.
