Went to the chiropractor Monday afternoon and got my neck and shoulder blade fixed up rather nicely. A little residual tightness today but DLs felt solid and didn’t aggravate anything.

Press is just weak as shit. Maybe the weakest it’s been in 3 years or so. Deadlift is feeling good. Back out on a snowboard this weekend. Let the winter grind begin.
