My back is still a little jacked. I moved fine in the mountains this weekend, but bending over was tricky. Being a little cautious today with weight and movements, but often times, squatting seems to “realign” whatever is wrong with my body so we’ll see.

Back is better but still tight and problematic. I have a 10 day hunting trip kicking off in 9 days, so just trying to heal up and not further complicate the issue. Squatting and deadlifting do “feel good” and seem to help but staying super conservative with the weight.
