Signed on to a new, cheaper gym. No Olympic platforms at this new one, Just barbells, steel plates, squat rack, pullup machine, which is all I really need. I'll continue to power clean and power jerk I think.
Lost strength+flexibility. Also switching to flat shoes. I'll have to do a basic linear progression(starting strength) for a few weeks at least. There's no reason for me to do the program I was doing before. Thinking I'll do Texas method with the only adjustment being replacing bench press with heavy overhead work(power jerk).
