Sore left bicep from bar slipping down back while 350 squat 7/5, no bent over rows, curls, or chins for a few days.

DL DOH: 225x5.
DL AG: 315x3, 365x1, 405x1, 415x1, 395x2 not too much strain on left open grip biceps.
SLDL: 225x6.
