    Do you do the rows and SLDL before the DL to serve as WU for the heavy work? Your program seems like something I'd like to try myself.

    Exactly, I'll do SLDL and rows as I move up in weight, its a warm-up and saves a time.
    I alternate chin-ups with BP or Presses, the chins feel easier after a heavy set, and gives me a 4-8 minutes rest

    Thanks for your reply. I can't do chins, but pulldowns sure seem a good way to loosen up before doing any other work. My grandson always does some chins when he comes into the garage before he starts his lifting.
