My right knee is killing me. I started doing incline treadmill walking a few weeks ago for cardio and I think it really aggravated my knee. It feels like it's sprained.

Wasn't sure if my knee would hold up during squats but it feels great right now. It's amazing how these movements can make you feel so much better.
Morning bodyweight: 217.4. Down 4.0 lbs so far. Need to clean up my act on the weekends.

* Bench was supposed to be 235 x 4 x 4. I could only get 3 on set 1. I split it up into 6 sets to get the same number of reps in. My bench sucks.

Man this workout was brutal. Squats killed me. I didn't think it would be that bad since I did 370 x 4 x 4 the other day but I was wrong.
