Light squat, heavy deads today:
Squat: 255x3x5 (weight, reps, sets); 90 seconds rest; no belt.
Deads: 395x3x3; straps, six minutes rest. I was surprised that these felt solid and relatively easy. I might try jumping to 405 for my next cycle of 3s, which will bring me back to where I was before my two-week travel break in August.
SLDL: 275x8x2: straps, five minutes rest. Pretty easy. 285 next week.
BB shrugs: 195x15x3, straps, two minutes rest. Also easy. 205 next week.
