Notes: after clearly explaining to my d*ickhead spotter not to touch the bar unless it's to save my life the dumb f#ck inserted himself in my set by lifting the bar with his fingers saying "you got this bro" every rep. Regardless of captain dipsh*t, I think I would have made out fine without him.
Took a slight reset in deads to correct bar placement. Was setting up the bar too far back (closer to the heel) which looked more like a stiff legged deadlift which caused the lumbar to round slightly.
While trying to prepare for my 375x5 pull, a 150 lb girly boy with 12 inch arms and a comb over was posing in front of my bar in his tank top. At my wits end with the health club for lady boys. Something I didn't foresee when I joined; before I became a lifter.
